Overview
Organization administrators can use both the web dashboard (crewlyapp.pro/login) and the Crewly mobile app. The web dashboard is best for setup and exports; the app is best on site and for quick team oversight.
Step-by-step
- Web — Dashboard: who is on site now, recent activity, and key counts.
- Web — Clients, Work Areas, Team, Tasks, Maintenance, Check In/Out History, Reports (CSV), Send alerts, Scheduled alerts, Plan & Billing.
- Mobile app — Home: live attendance overview for your organization.
- Mobile app — Areas: create/edit work areas and assignments while you are out.
- Mobile app — History: review sessions; close or edit times when needed.
- Mobile app — Reports: view summaries and export PDF reports.
- Mobile app — Home → Tools: Tasks, Team, Clients, Maintenance, Schedule, Reminders.
Notes
Tip.Many day-to-day admin tasks work on both web and the Crewly app. Billing, scheduled alerts composition, and some advanced web-only tools stay on the website.
