Employees use the Crewly mobile app for field work. Organization administrators typically use both the website and the app.
What each is for
- Employees — Crewly mobile app only for check-in/out, photos, tasks, timesheet, and maintenance job logs
- Admins on web — best for invitations at scale, scheduled alerts, Plan & Billing, CSV exports, and deep history filters
- Admins on mobile app — Home attendance, Areas (create/edit sites), History (close/edit sessions), Reports (PDF), Team, Tasks, Clients, Maintenance, Schedule
- Available on both for admins — Team, work areas, tasks, clients, maintenance review, live attendance, closing/editing sessions, reviewing hours
Tip.Field employee check-in requires the Crewly mobile app. GPS and live camera capture are part of verification and are not available as a website employee flow.
