Accept an employee invitation

Your administrator emails a short invitation code. You open the Crewly mobile app, enter the code once, and create your own password.

• The Crewly mobile app is installed on your phone.
• You can open the invitation email on your phone.

1. Open the Crewly app.
2. On the login screen, tap Join with invitation code.
3. Enter the code exactly as shown (letters and numbers).
4. Create a password of at least 8 characters and confirm it.
5. Return to login and sign in with your email and new password.

• Code expired after seven days — ask your administrator to resend.
• Email not received — check spam, then ask your admin to confirm the address and resend.
