Submit an expense

In the Crewly mobile app, expenses are added while you log maintenance jobs — not from a separate Expenses tab. Open a job log during a maintenance shift and add expense lines there.

1. Open the Crewly app.
2. Start or continue a maintenance shift.
3. Open the relevant job log.
4. Add an expense with amount and description.
5. Optional: take an invoice/receipt photo with the camera.
6. Save the job log.
