Missing check-outs leave sessions open and distort hours. Close them from web History or the Crewly app History tab.
Step-by-step
- Web: Check In/Out History. App: History tab.
- Filter or find open sessions.
- Close each session with an accurate end time.
- Re-check Reports totals.
