Recommended setup for a small field team

Small teams move faster with a simple structure: one or two admins, clients for major customers, work areas per active job site, and weekly timesheet export for payroll.

1. Keep one primary administrator and add a backup admin if someone needs after-hours access.
2. Create clients only when you have recurring customers with multiple sites.
3. Create one work area per active site; archive or mark completed when the job ends.
4. Assign only the people who actually visit each site.
5. Export Timesheet CSV or Team summary CSV weekly from Reports.
