Overview
This guide walks organization administrators through a practical first setup so employees can check in the same day. Your organization account is provided when Crewly (or your account owner) creates it — then you sign in at crewlyapp.pro/login.
Before you start
- You can sign in as an organization administrator at crewlyapp.pro/login.
- Have at least one real job site address ready.
- Have employee names and work emails ready for invitations.
Step-by-step
- Sign in at crewlyapp.pro/login with your administrator email and password.
- Optional but recommended: open Clients and add your main customers so work areas can be grouped later.
- Open Work Areas and create your first job site with name, address, geofence radius, and assigned employees.
- Open Team and add employees. Enable login to send each person an invitation email with a code.
- Ask one employee to install the Crewly app, join with the invitation code, allow location, and check in at the test site.
- Confirm the session appears under Check In/Out History on the web dashboard.
What happens next
Assigned employees see the work area in the mobile app. After they check in, you can monitor open sessions and later export timesheets from Reports.
Common problems
- Employee cannot see the work area — confirm they are assigned on that work area and have accepted their invitation.
- Invitation email missing — check spam, confirm the email in Team, and resend the invitation.
- Check-in fails on GPS — set a larger geofence for large sites or poor indoor GPS, then retry outdoors if possible.
Notes
Note.Organization accounts are provisioned for your company. If you do not have login access yet, contact Crewly support at info@crewlyapp.pro.
