Overview
Phone GPS is an estimate. Tall buildings, basements, metal structures, and weak sky view can place you tens of metres away from your true position.
Common problems
- Enable high-accuracy location mode on the phone.
- Wait a few seconds on the check-in screen for a better fix.
- Ask your admin to widen the geofence for known problem sites.
