Most login issues with the Crewly app are wrong email, expired invitation, or forgotten password.
Step-by-step
- Confirm you are using the email your administrator invited.
- In the Crewly app login screen, use Forgot password to receive a reset code by email.
- If you never finished joining, ask for a new invitation code and join again in the app.
- Update the Crewly app from the App Store or Google Play and try again.
- If you see an account/employee link error at check-in, contact your administrator.
