Overview
Crewly combines GPS-verified check-in and check-out, work area (job site) management, tasks, timesheets, maintenance logging, and reporting. Organization administrators use the web dashboard to configure clients, sites, and team access. Field employees use the iPhone and Android app for check-ins, tasks, and personal timesheets.
Before you start
- Know whether you are an organization administrator (web dashboard) or a field employee (mobile app).
- Have your login email ready, or ask your administrator for an invitation code.
What happens next
Administrators usually start with Set up Crewly. Employees jump to Download the Crewly app and Accept an employee invitation.
Notes
Tip.Administrators can also use the mobile app for on-site work. Field check-in requires the mobile app for GPS and camera verification.
